Another trailer for the upcoming sixth season of HBO’s Game of Thrones is here to hype you up.
It does its job well too. There is so much going on in this new trailer that it is almost too difficult to analyze. After Season 5 dragged a little bit (especially early in the season), Season 6 looks like it’s ready to unleash a non-stop assault of mayhem, plot twists, and, of course, death. We get to see all of our favorite characters continuing their storylines and we may have even gotten a glimpse at some characters that we haven’t seen in a while.
It’s no secret that Game of Thrones is one of the most beloved television shows out there and it’s easy to understand why after watching the trailer. Fans care about every character whether they love or hate them. The storylines have purpose and very rarely do they ever meander or fizzle out unlike another popular television show that recently wrapped up its sixth season (*cough* The Walking Dead *cough*). All other shows should take note that this is how you hype a season. There really isn’t much left to say that the trailer can’t say on its own. Game of Thrones Season 6 premieres on April 24th.
